Our mental health program exists to support those who may be carrying more than they know how to navigate alone.
1:1 Therapy Support
Do you need someone to talk to, but aren’t comfortable opening up in a group setting? One-on-one therapy sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
Group Support & Psychoeducation
Looking to connect with people who understand what you’re going through? Group Support & Psychoeducation creates a safe space for youth and young adults to learn, connect, and grow alongside others navigating similar challenges.
1:1 THERAPY
Real Support Without Barriers
Outreach’s Mental Health Specialist works with you in a supportive, relationship-centered environment. Because this program is donor and grant funded, therapy support is available without many of the common barriers that can come with insurance or outside referrals. These sessions are designed to help you process difficult experiences, build confidence, set personal goals, and develop healthy coping skills while receiving encouragement tailored to your individual needs.
GROUP SUPPORT & PSYCHOEDUCATION
Connection with Someone Who Gets It
In addition to individual support, Outreach offers group programming designed to help you navigate complex challenges like relationships, emotions, and the struggles that can come with experiencing homelessness. These group conversations create space to learn from one another, ask honest questions, and be reminded that you are not alone.
A Whole-Person Approach
Mental health is connected to every part of life. Outreach helps youth and young adults access additional resources, support systems, and services that contribute to long-term stability, healing, and growth.
