WALK by Faith: 100K Steps Across Indy

Walk by Faith is a 100,000-step journey across Indianapolis designed to raise support for youth navigating homelessness and housing instability.

Every dollar raised helps provide consistent support like meals, transportation, guidance, and trusted relationships that help young people move toward stability.

On April 23, 2026, a small group of Outreach staff and supporters will walk across the city, connecting with the broader community along the way. You can join for a portion of the walk, or follow along and be part of it from wherever you are.

In recent months, Outreach’s Director of Operations, Faith Musgrove, rediscovered her love for walking. What started as quiet reflection time turned into a bigger idea: taking 100,000 steps in one day — once again -- in support of Outreach's youth and young adults. This marks her third time leading the effort.

What began as something personal has grown into something shared.

Because the path toward stability rarely happens all at once. It happens step by step, with people walking alongside you.
