Join us for our third annual fall fundraising event, Transform!

This year, you'll experience our new art installment, Portraits of Champions. This gallery features youth portraits, created by Outreach youth and young adults and local artist, Boxx the Artist. You won't want to miss this unique opportunity to see the resilience and strength of these youth and young adults, from their artistic perspective. You’ll also have the opportunity to hear more about the experiences of creating portraits from youth and young adults during this year’s new and enhanced programming.

Individual tickets are $120 and a half table (four seats) is $425.
