Say hello to our staff!
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jason came to Outreach after being a pastor for over 25 years. He’s worked with and led teenagers since he was a teenager himself. When you ask him why he loves Outreach, he’s quick to tell you that “What we try to do in the lives of youth is completely impossible, and we watch God do it every day.” He’s been married to his wife Jill since 1993 and they have two amazing girls. If you offer to go ride any type of bicycle at all, he’s in. As much as he loves reading, his favorite movies are Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and Napoleon Dynamite. You can decide for yourself what that says about him.

Bryan Ball Carvajal
YOUTHLINK DIVERSION SPECIALIST
Bryan's drive for helping youth and young adults came from his own "lived" experience. After the death of both his parents by the age of 22, he dealt with years of depression, financial setbacks, homelessness, health crisis, and domestic violence. After years of rebuilding his life and struggling in low-wage jobs, he always remained steadfast and hopeful that life would turn around. In 2012, he decided to return to school and pursue his calling in the helping profession. Even in the darkest times, he always felt the presence of God guiding him. Bryan was inspired by his coach through Goodwill Industries to become a case manager/coach in his own life. Bryan's experiences come from working in youth homes with adolescent young men struggling with mental health barriers. He has worked as a case manager/coach in the community center arena over the past 3 years while completing his graduate degree. His past experiences paved the way to where he currently is in his life. Bryan's passions include serving his community, movies, music, hiking, road trips, networking, and interacting with family and friends.
