New Staff Highlight: Karmen

Another new face we have welcomed to our team this year is Karmen, our new YouthLink Systems Navigator! Karmen joined our team back in October, and we were so excited for her to start with us! Hear from Karmen on why she wanted to be part of our youth & young adults' journeys to HOPE and what she's excited for working in her role:

"I have previously worked as a Housing Assessor and have worked with the homeless population for several years. It is my heart and hope to be a part of healing and loving our community who has experienced trauma and displacement. I believe that God led me to Outreach after resigning from another organization. What I am most excited about is that this Organization leads with God, understanding that we are only effective for our youth if the spirit of God guides us.
