December 5th-Sandy Duncan

I first got involved with Outreach nearly 10 years ago as a volunteer after I had heard about Outreach through Kaleo, so I took a tour and I fell in love with the organization. I volunteered closely with the administrative team, and I have been serving on Outreach's Board since 2019. I remember one day, while volunteering at the old blue house, I was upstairs and all of a sudden I heard music playing and everyone broke out into singing. In and of itself, that may not seem unusual, but to me, it illustrated how at home and comfortable the youth and young adults must have felt to trust each other with making a joyful noise! The accompanying laughter brought a sense of hope to me ... hope for their future and for our city.

Sandy has walked alongside Outreach and vulnerable youth and young adults since 2012 and has experienced the HOPE that is found at Outreach. Today, join the Outreach Family and give the gift of HOPE by becoming a monthly Faith, Hope, or Love monthly partner or give a one-time financial gift. All one-time gifts will be matched up to $100,000, so this is a great way to double your impact!

Romans 5:5 NIV

And HOPE does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
